Shipping method

1. Shipping time = processing time + shipping time

After you successfully place an order, we will ship the goods to you within 5-7 days. After the goods are shipped, we will send you an email with your shipping order number. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en (please note that the order tracking status may take up to 2 business days to update, so don't worry). It is strongly recommended to avoid using a PO box address to receive the package

2. Shipping time

Standard delivery usually takes about 15-20 days.

Express delivery usually takes about 7-10 days.

Shipping time depends on many factors, such as destination country, customs, weather, etc., which are really difficult to control. We will try our best to deliver the items within the specified time and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

3. Shipping information

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it at checkout.

You can change the address before we ship. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we have shipped the item.

4. Late/Missed Delivery

If your delivery is late or not delivered, please contact us by email with your order ID and tracking number. Please note that it always takes months for the post office to investigate issues with lost mail. Please note that if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local mail sorting office. Please check the shipping information carefully when you checkout your shopping cart. Rosetti is not responsible for late or lost deliveries (including customs delays, insufficient shipping address, etc.).
